New Paradigm Partners (NPP) is a non-profit organization whose aim is to strengthen rural schools and communities in northwestern Wisconsin by creating close collaboration between school districts.

NPP’s philosophy is based on the following premises:

• When ordinary people of diverse background work together on leadership and community development activities, creative energy is unleashed, making advancement in all areas of community possible.
• Well run interactive group sessions stretch and deepen people’s thinking and lead to creative and effective solutions to old community problems.
• Youth are important stakeholders in our communities and must be engaged in all aspects of community work.
• Businesses, schools and community organizations are more successful when collaborating, comparing initiatives, and sharing resources.
